Mission
The mission of the Paradise Community Development Corporation (PCDC) is to become the focal point in the Forest Park community for providing Christian-based programs that will aid in the development of the whole mind, body and spirit. The PCDC is a non-profit organization dedicated to building long-term, healthy relationships with its members, as well as, the community at-large; by providing supervised activities and community services for ALL members of this community, in a safe, loving and caring environment.

What We Do
The Paradise Church of God in Christ (COGIC) cut the ribbon on a 1.8 million dollar gymnasium and cultural center. The PCDC will lease this space which will house a Library and Computer Learning center, aerobics rooms, a walking track, basketball court, concessions and several meeting/conference rooms. This will be the location of services such as the Mentoring/Tutoring programs and Guidance/Counseling services; as well as, computer and job skill enrichment, and GED programs.

Services
Housed in the gymnasium is also a Christian Education and Resource Center that will be used in conjunction with the new Library and Computer Learning Center.

Business Structure
PCDC will be incorporated under the laws of the state of Georgia and a registered 501 (c)(3) ii with the United States Internal Revenue Service. This operation is a separately run entity from The Paradise Church of God in Christ, Inc. This separation will clearly allow the PCDC to attract and raise the appropriate capital required in order for it to grow into its goals.
